Are the chains real gold?
We offer both real gold and triple plated gold chains on most items. You can select between the two on the product pages. Our solid gold chains are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to produce. Our triple plated gold chains are triple plated with 18k gold, just over 2 microns thick to give each and every link that authentic look weight and feel of solid gold with durability that CANNOT be matched by regular plating.
Does the gold ever rub off on the triple plated gold chains?
As mentioned there is just over 2 microns of 18k real gold plating these bad boi so it is very unlikely. However, in the rare event that this does occur, you are covered by our lifetime Warranty so will receive a replacement chain.

JIG is based in Los Angeles, California. Our head office is 9350 WILSHIRE BLVD, BEVERLY HILLS, CA 90212 and our distribution centre is nearby.
Can I buy JIG Gear in a retail store?

How can I track my Order?
You will be emailed all of the tracking information for your Order. If you have not received this, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will share this with you.
How long after my Order is placed is the item dispatched?
We KNOW you need your ICE fast Hustler don't worry ;) We normally dispatch Orders on the same day they are placed, though sometimes (especially weekends) we need to chill also... so don't worry if your Order is not dispatched on the same day, it most probably will be the next ;)
What are your shipping options?
We know that when a Hustler needs his ICE, he needs it FAST. So we give FAST global shipping, makes sense right? Free Standard Shipping takes 1-2 Business days if you are in the US and 2-5 Business days anywhere else in the world. We also have an Express Shipping offers for those Hustlers that urgently need their ICE, this is $15 for the US and $30 for the rest of the world. You can select your shipping option at the checkout.
Does JIG deliver internationally?
JIG successfully ships A LOT of gear worldwide each day. We have many Hustlers in every corner around the world! Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our Gear is available to everyone.
I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Why hasn't my shipping status changed?
Your shipment may be delayed, Delivery time delays can be due to weather, customs or backlogs. Please note tracking information can be displayed after your Order shipping has started.
Returns & Guarantee
Do you offer a Warranty?
Yes, if your Gear breaks, tarnishes or fades through reasonable use and without accidental damage within three months, we will replace your item for free.
What is your Guarantee?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason simply return within 30 days for a full refund. This excludes solid 10K, 14K & 18K gold products as they are custom made for special orders specific to customers' requests.
What if I get my gear and don't like it?
No worries homie! This is why we have our 30 Day G Guarantee, just return your item for a different one or a full refund.

How can I pay for my Order?
We offer a completely secure checkout process with all major credit/debit cards or PayPal. We do not accept Cash On Delivery.
How much does JIG Gear cost in my currency?
Our store supports a number of currencies, use the Currency Selector in the top right side of your screen. If your currency is not there, do not worry, our system will automatically exchange your currency into USD upon payment.
